I am currently a lecturer at the Department of Mathematics and Computer Science at Chulalongkorn university in Bangkok, Thailand. Beforehand I was a postdoctoral researcher in the Algebra and Geometry Group at Goethe university Frankfurt am Main, Germany. I completed my doctorate under the supervision of Jakob Stix.
My main research area is arithmetic algebraic geometry and number theory. In particular, I am interested in arithmetic lattices in connection with (1) Bruhat-Tits buildings and (2) quotients of symmetric spaces (e.g. fake projective planes, fake quadrics).
